It's been a while

I haven't written here for over a year. Covid did a number on me. I realize I don't do well in isolation. I'm so glad thing are getting back to normal but now we have the variants to deal with. More people are back to wearing masks in public.
I received my vaccination back in May but I'm still very careful.
I'm still writing and working on a new book I hope to have out by the end of October.
It's a sequel to A Murder for Christmas which Is a short story I published last year. This new one is a Deadly Bargain. Set in Sarasota, there is a new drug making the rounds with deadly consequences.  Senior Detective Harlow, his partner Sgt. Makowski and the medical examiner, Dr. Clair Murphy are challenged to stop it.
I'm sure my readers will enjoy the twist and turns of this cozy mystery.
